Job description

Position Summary

The Manager of Revenue Operations will work cross functionally with sales, client services, product and marketing teams to identify opportunities to drive revenue. This role will partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives. In addition, the role will oversee business operations and manage business intelligence dashboards to enable WMC teams to easily understand health of the business and meet goals. The individual will also own and manage the Walmart Connect rate card & media playbook.

What you'll do...
  1. Revenue Operations Strategy
    • Develop and implement the overall revenue operations strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and revenue goals
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute revenue focused initiatives
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in revenue operations
  2. Business Process Management & Optimization
    • Document, analyze and evaluate existing processes and recommend adjustments in workflows, schedules or processes to drive growth and scalability
    • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement
    • Implement best practices and automation solutions where necessary
  3. Operational Center of Excellence
    • Develop operational best practices and standard operating procedures
    • Work collaboratively with sales, product, marketing and client services to optimize operational practices to increase efficiency and drive revenue growth
    • Continuously refine and streamline operations and processes to maximize efficiency and revenue generation.
    • Operational guidance and support for new product go-to-market
  4. Business Intelligence and Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Create and manage “Health of the Business” reports to provide insights to the leadership team and guide decision making.
    • Develop business intelligence dashboards to enable WMC teams to easily understand health of the business and meet goals.
    • Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve revenue performance.
  5. Sales Enablement Support
    • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies
    • Support the sales enablement team with training, tools, and other resources to optimize the sales process.
    • Manage updates to the media playbook / resource hub and oversee governance and guardrails
  6. Technology, Compliance, Data Security
    • In collaboration with the manager of technology and automation, oversee the implementation and optimization of revenue operations technologies.
    • Provide thought leadership and strategic planning to develop the technology and infrastructure roadmap for WMC.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years experience in digital operations, support or related leadership role
  • Proficient in sales enablement and project management tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence and CMS platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to make data driven decisions effectively
  • Demonstrate operational rigor by consistently seeking innovative solutions to enhance processes and address system inefficiencies
  • Able to analyze, document and map operational processes through workflows
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional programs and teams
  • Advanced stakeholder management
  • Bonus: retail media operational experience
