Position Summary...

As a part of Walmart Connect, you’ll build industry-defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart suppliers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high-performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey.

We are looking for TWO Managers, Store Ads Products, to build and enhance products that expand customer touchpoints for Walmart Connect advertisers. The Product Manager will lead end-to-end product design, launch, and operations of in-store ads, which may include print, digital, and experiential formats. The manager will oversee a significant part of the Walmart Connect business, requiring both short-term and long-term strategic thinking. The ideal candidate is a collaborative product leader with deep knowledge of retail marketing, digital videos, and advertising technology.

What You'll Do...
  1. Product Execution: Use knowledge of retail media, marketing, ad technology, and consumer decision-making to drive strategy, design, and delivery of advertising products. Support Walmart Connect’s advertising programs across Walmart (Owned & Operated) and network partners.
  2. Product Development: Create new ad products by partnering with cross-functional teams, including vendors, engineering, and data science. Define design, operations, measurement methodologies, data requirements, APIs, and UX. Deliver products on time and within budget.
  3. Product Innovation: Drive advertising innovation by leveraging data and media inventory to create value for advertisers and increase premium inventory in stores.
  4. Product Health and Performance: Collaborate with leadership to translate strategies into ad tech or vendor requirements, enhance product uptime, and ensure high-quality media inventory. Implement necessary ad-tech platforms and vendor partnerships.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze data, build business cases, and persuade marketers and agencies to adopt new technologies. Define, measure, and iterate success metrics based on user feedback.
  6. Partnerships: Foster relationships with vendors and ad-tech partners. Serve as an internal subject matter expert to optimize media buying using data and technology. Work with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
