Walmart Canada in Niagara Falls, ON is seeking a Health and Beauty Lead to support Health and Beauty, Pharmacy OTC and Cosmetics areas, coach associates, and ensure customer service excellence while completing tasks efficiently.

You will plan department activities, coordinate priorities with the Food & Consumables Coach and Store Management, and drive safe, clean store standards while developing the team through training.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate
• Assist in providing directions and coordinating task completion as per priorities from the Food & Consumables Coach and Store Management Team. Delegate, assist and follow-up on daily Customer Availability tasks
• Assess the overall presentation of Health & Beauty Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required
• Ensure strong communication with associates, lead the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift, provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity
• Review completed schedules with People Lead
• Assign Associates to support coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store
• Tour assigned areas with the Coach and team associates to validate and identify training opportunities, develop associates through teaching and training and provide feedback as needed
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris

Position Summary

Assists in the leadership of the Health and Beauty areas (Health and Beauty, Pharmacy – Over the Counter and Cosmetics) and department processes, respond to problems and inquiries and develop associates through teaching and training. Ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the salesfloor as required.

What You'll Do

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $20.85.
