What you'll do...

1. Zone the department.
2. Rotate stock and check for expired products.
3. Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
4. Follow food safety, handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
5. Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
6. Ensure the department is fully stocked and ready for business.
7. Follow health and safety guidelines.
8. Stock merchandise, pick downstocks if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set and complete modulars including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
