Position Summary: To provide customer service by completing assigned handheld device and modular activities, maintaining a stocked and zoned salesfloor, and assisting customers to meet their shopping needs. This involves maintaining and recovering merchandise in a safe and clean environment. The Associate will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

What You'll Do

1. Providing excellent Customer Service: Greeting customers politely, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and referring concerns as needed.
2. Review workload: Manage tasks in the Grocery area of the store.
3. Support merchandise management: Working with Cap bins and stock picks to support the Customer Availability Process.
4. Price and signage tasks: Completing price changes and signing merchandise accurately.
5. Merchandising: Printing, setting, and finalizing modulars, setting features, and merchandising areas.
6. Section work: Ensuring modular integrity, addressing PI and shelf capacity errors.
7. Recovery and zoning: Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and complete zoning tasks.
8. Safety and cleanliness: Contributing to a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by adhering to policies and completing safety logs.
9. Team support: Assisting other task teams to meet customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

Age: 16 or older.
