Position Summary...

To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager, ensuring a high level of customer service and task completion.

What you'll do...

1. Providing excellent Customer Service: Greet all customers politely and friendly, assist by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, making purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns as needed.
2. Assist in providing direction and coordination: Support task completion based on priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
3. Assess department presentation: Monitor the overall appearance of the General Merchandise and Fashion Departments, noting deficiencies and executing merchandising display changes as required.
4. Delegate and follow up: Support and monitor the completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
5. Support scheduling: Assist with staff scheduling as needed.
6. Assign associates: Support coverage and availability tasks across store areas.
7. Participate in training and development: Contribute to the growth of Associates and provide feedback.
8. Maintain a safe environment: Ensure adherence to safety policies, complete safety logs, and keep displays and fixtures secure and debris-free.
