Position Summary: To assist in leading General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the Assistant Manager, ensuring high customer service levels and task completion.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and referring concerns.
2. Assisting in task coordination and providing direction based on priorities from management.
3. Assessing department presentation and executing merchandising display changes as needed.
