Position Summary: To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the Assistant Manager, ensuring high customer service levels and task completion.

What You'll Do:

1. Providing excellent Customer Service: Greeting customers politely, assisting with products/services, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and referring concerns.
2. Assist in task coordination: Support the Assistant Manager and Store Management in task execution.
3. Merchandise presentation: Assess and improve the appearance of the departments, executing display changes as needed.
4. Delegate and follow up: Support daily Customer Availability processes.
5. Support scheduling: Assist with staff scheduling as needed.
6. Assign associates: Support coverage and availability tasks across the store.
7. Training and development: Participate in the training of associates and provide feedback.
8. Safety and cleanliness: Maintain a hazard-free environment, complete safety logs, and ensure fixtures are secure and debris-free.

Minimum Qualifications:

Age 16 or older.
