Position Summary

To provide customer service by coordinating the activities of associates to complete assigned handheld terminal activities. Ensuring a zoned and stocked salesfloor and offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise in a safe and clean environment. The Department Manager will lead a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

What You'll Do

1. Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers politely, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, aiding purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns appropriately.
2. Delegate, assist, and follow-up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks such as Section Work, Capping bins, and Stocking picks.
3. Delegate, assist, and follow-up on price changes and feature set updates.
4. Delegate, assist, and follow-up on modular completion in assigned areas.
5. Support coverage on the salesfloor as needed, including recovery and zoning activities.
6. Contribute to a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by adhering to company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure and debris-free.
7. Ensure associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage needs.
8. Train, coach, and provide feedback to associates.
