What You'll Do...

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers politely, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Cover assigned areas on the sales floor.
• Zone and organize merchandise areas.
• Move feature merchandise to designated areas.
• Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
• Assist with Front End coverage as needed.
• Communicate with team members to ensure proper floor coverage.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies, including safety logs and secure displays.
• Stock merchandise, including picking, downstocking, and applying product protection when required. Set and complete modulars and update shelf caps.
