Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers politely and courteously, promoting products and services, assisting with merchandise locating and purchasing decisions, resolving related issues, and communicating concerns as needed.
• Cover designated zones within the sales area.
• Zone the assigned sector.
• Move featured items to their main module.
• Restock merchandise at the customer service counter and other store areas.
• Assist in covering the cash register area.
• Communicate with other associates to maintain coverage at the cash register area.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and obstacle-free work environment by following company directives and procedures, including filling safety sweep logs and ensuring displays are secure.
• Store and destock merchandise and selections as needed. Install security devices, set up modules and shelves, and implement new shelving as required.
