What You'll Do

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers politely and friendly, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, helping in purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns appropriately.
• Cover assigned areas on the salesfloor and zone them accordingly.
• Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
• Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
• Assist with Front End coverage as needed.
• Communicate with team members to ensure floor coverage.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure.
• Stock merchandise, perform downstocks if applicable, apply product protection, and set up modulars and shelf caps.

Minimum Qualifications

Age – 16 or older.
