What you'll do...

1. Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting with product promotion, merchandise location, purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns when needed.
2. Cover assigned areas on the sales floor.
3. Zone the assigned area.
4. Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
5. Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
6. Assist with Front End coverage.
7. Communicate with other associates to ensure floor coverage.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
9. Stock merchandise, pick items, perform downstocks if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set up modulars and shelves.
