Position Summary: Working as a General Merchandise Associate at Walmart Canada offers an opportunity to develop retail skills. What You'll Do:

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, promoting products, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and referring concerns appropriately.
2. Manage an assigned sales floor area.
3. Zone the assigned area.
4. Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
5. Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
6. Assist with Front End coverage.
7. Communicate with team members to ensure floor coverage.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
9. Stock merchandise, pick items, downstock if applicable, apply product protection, and set up modulars and shelf caps.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age 16 or older.
