Position Summary: Working as a General Merchandise Associate at Walmart Canada offers an excellent opportunity to develop retail skills. What You'll Do:

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and referring concerns appropriately.
2. Cover assigned areas on the sales floor.
3. Zone assigned areas.
4. Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
5. Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
6. Assist with Front End coverage.
7. Communicate with team members to ensure floor coverage.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays are secure.
9. Stock merchandise, handle downstocks, apply product protection, and set up modular displays.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age 16 or older.
