What you'll do...

1. Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers politely and friendly, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, making purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns when needed.
2. Cover assigned areas on the sales floor.
3. Zone assigned areas.
4. Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
5. Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
6. Assist with Front End coverage.
7. Communicate with team members to ensure floor coverage.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure.
9. Stock merchandise, assist with downstocks, apply product protection as required, and set up modulars and shelf caps.
