What You'll Do

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Cover assigned areas on the sales floor.
• Zone assigned areas.
• Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
• Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.
• Assist with Front End coverage.
• Communicate with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and procedures, including safety sweep logs and secure displays and fixtures.
• Stock merchandise/picks, downstocks if applicable, apply product protection when required, set and complete modulars, including flex modulars, and set new shelf caps.

Minimum Qualifications

Age – 16 or older.
