What You'll Do:

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers politely, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and referring concerns as needed.
2. Manage assigned areas on the sales floor.
3. Zone and organize merchandise in your designated areas.
4. Move feature merchandise to designated locations.
5. Assist with recovery of merchandise from various store areas and the Customer Service desk.
6. Support front-end coverage as needed.
7. Communicate with team members to ensure continuous floor coverage.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure.
9. Stock merchandise, perform downstocks, apply product protection, and set up modular displays and shelf caps.

Minimum Qualifications:

Age 16 or older.
