Job description

Position Summary...

To provide customer service by completing assigned handheld device and modular activities, while maintaining a stocked and zoned salesfloor and offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

What You'll Do...

1. Providing excellent Customer Service: Greet all customers politely and friendly, assist with product promotion, locate merchandise, support purchase decisions, resolve issues, and refer concerns when necessary.
2. Review workload for your assigned area of the store.
3. Support the Customer Availability Process by working with merchandise, Cap bins, and stock picks.
4. Complete price changes and ensure merchandise is accurately signed.
5. Print, set, and finalize modulars, set features, and merchandising areas.
6. Maintain modular integrity, PI, and shelf capacity accuracy through Section Work.
7. Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and complete zoning tasks in designated areas.
8. Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure.
9. Assist and support other task teams as needed to meet customer expectations.
