Responsibilities

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns as needed.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support: Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required; communicates to ensure floor coverage and customer needs are met.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery: Zones areas to maintain a clean and organized floor; moves feature merchandise to modular location and recovers merchandise from Service desk and other areas.
• Stocking and Modular Execution: Stocks merchandise and picks, completes downstocking, applies product protection, and sets modulars including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance: Maintains a safe, clean environment by following policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs.
