What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers politely, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and referring concerns as needed.
• Cover assigned areas on the sales floor and zone the area.
• Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
• Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
• Assist with front-end coverage.
• Communicate with team members to maintain floor coverage.
• Ensure a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Stock merchandise, pick items, perform downstocks if applicable, and apply product protection when required. Set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and shelf caps.

Minimum Qualifications

Age 16 or older.
