Job summary

Walmart Canada in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to greet customers, process transactions quickly, and support self-checkout options. You will promote sponsor programs, assist with bagging, and help keep shelves and registers secure and organized.

The role requires at least 16 years old, a commitment to safety, and teamwork with Front End staff. Training will be provided to ensure exceptional service and a positive shopping experience for every guest.

• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
