Job summary

Walmart in Canada is seeking an entry-level Front End Associate to greet customers, process transactions, and support efficient self-checkout usage. You will promote sponsor programs, assist with bagging and loading, and ensure safe, clean work areas while maintaining cash-handling accuracy.

Responsibilities include guiding customers to self-checkout, referring questions to supervisors, and supporting a positive shopping experience at the Wade Rd location in Truro, NS.

• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
