Job summary

Walmart Canada in Charlottetown, PE, is seeking a customer service-focused Front End Associate. You will greet customers, process transactions, promote sponsor programs, assist with bagging, and ensure safety and cleanliness at the front end. • Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
