Walmart in St. Albert, AB is hiring for a front-end associate to support transactions and provide exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, process purchases, and promote services while helping with bagging and loading. Maintain cash register integrity and safety practices on shift.

Knowledge of self-checkout and EAS procedures will help you assist customers efficiently. This role requires a positive attitude and reliable teamwork in a busy retail environment.

• Promotes company sponsor programs, ie. Credit card service, product protection and charity initiatives.
• Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
