Walmart Canada in Spruce Grove is hiring for a customer-facing team member. You will greet customers, process transactions, and promote programs while ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This role emphasizes accurate cash handling and safe, friendly service.

Responsibilities include assisting with bagging, maintaining register security, guiding customers on self-checkout, and referring complex transactions to leadership. The position starts at a pay rate of 16.65 per hour.

Formación

• Customer-facing service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers with transactions and guidance on self-checkout.

• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
