Job summary

Walmart Canada in Dieppe, NB is seeking a customer- service oriented cashier to support transactions and provide a positive shopping experience. You will greet customers, process purchases, and assist with bagging and loading.

Role includes promoting store programs, maintaining cash handling integrity, and guiding customers on self-checkout usage. Minimum age 16+, with competitive hourly pay starting at 16.05 CAD.

• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
