Walmart Canada in Slave Lake, AB is seeking a Food and Consumables Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while keeping the food and consumables area organized and stocked. You will help ensure shelves, tables and bunkers are properly arranged and priced, and you will assist with signing, labeling and price accuracy.

The role requires adherence to cold chain standards, temperature checks, and proper food handling, rotation and date controls.

Responsabilités

• Zones the department to ensure product shelves, tables and bunkers are organized and product is in the correct location
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products
• Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced
• Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
• Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels

Position Summary...

A Food and Consumables Associate provides exemplary customer service by adhering to the basic beliefs and values of Walmart, maintains and zones the food and consumables area, and assists with stocking and the sale of goods.

What you'll do...

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.15.
