Walmart Canada is seeking a Food and Consumables Associate in Smiths Falls, ON to provide excellent customer service and maintain the food and consumables area. You will assist with stocking, signing, pricing, and ensuring proper placement of products.

Responsibilities

• Zones the department to ensure product shelves, tables and bunkers are organized and product is in the correct location
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products
• Ensures the merchandise is properly signed and priced
• Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
• Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels
