Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Fashion Associate at our Port Coquitlam store to deliver outstanding customer service while stocking fashion merchandise, maintaining signage, and upholding safety and cleanliness. You will work as part of a team to plan daily tasks and seasonal displays, helping customers, and keeping shelves tidy.

This role starts at a hourly rate of 18.40 CAD and offers on-site shifts in Port Coquitlam, BC.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
