Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Fashion Associate in Kamloops to deliver friendly customer service and maintain fashion merchandise standards on the sales floor. You will greet customers, assist with promotions, stock items, ensure displays and signage are correct, and help with seasonal merchandising while keeping the store safe and tidy.

Minimum age is 16; wage starts at $18.40 per hour. This role requires teamwork and attention to display quality and safety procedures in a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
