Position Summary...The role provides administrative and executive support, ensuring efficient operation and communication within the organization. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling communications, and supporting various projects and events.

What You'll Do...

  • The role may manage calendars for leadership, coordinate appointments, and anticipate time requirements for meetings and events. It involves organizing and scheduling multifaceted activities, including travel arrangements and business-related events while researching cost efficiencies and coordinating technology needs. Acting as a liaison for visiting associates and guests may also be part of the role.
  • The role supports communication by constructing electronic, verbal, and written communications for leadership, drafting and sending messages on behalf of supervisors, and ensuring resolution of requests and issues. Providing expert advice, supporting action plans, and aligning efforts to meet business needs are also key responsibilities.
  • Financial and business data management may include collecting data, compiling reports, and maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive information. The role also involves processing invoices and expense reports, reporting time, and making necessary adjustments. Supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders and identifying business needs is essential.
  • The role models compliance with company policies by maintaining security and confidentiality, using the Open Door Policy, and demonstrating the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Providing support and guidance to other assistants, sharing information, and representing the leadership team are also part of this role’s responsibilities.
