Job summary

FedEx Canada in Trois-Rivières is seeking an interview-position delivery associate to join our team. You will review orders before delivery, load and unload packages, and deliver to customers with a strong emphasis on service excellence.

The role requires a Class 5 driver’s license, bilingual proficiency in French and English, and reliable time management. Flexible shift opportunities are available; hours will be determined by business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
• Bilingual (French and English) in the Quebec province.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform basic driving tasks.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery on predetermined routes and review orders prior to delivery.
• Load and unload vehicles as part of daily operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to FedEx Canada clients.
• Maintain safety and adherence to training and driving standards.

This is an interview position.
