(CAN) Distribution Centre Team Associate - Logistics Store Support - Full Time - 3pm-1130pm - Tuesday -Saturday

Position Summary

This position is responsible for timely and accurate responses/solutions to both our phone and email requests from internal and external customers. It also involves producing accurate reports and meeting strict deadlines daily and weekly. Responsibilities include paying invoices for suppliers.

What You'll Do
  1. Communicate with carriers, DC teams, Store Support Centre (SSC), and stores via telephone and email, exercising a high level of urgency.
  2. Provide assistance and escalation when required.
  3. Accurately document customer requests via Salesforce CRM to ensure full resolution and follow set SOPs.
  4. Prepare national reports (delivery schedules, off-schedule reports, daily load reports) within deadlines.
  5. Report carrier delays, notify stores, and follow up by tracking load arrivals and researching late deliveries.
  6. Complete trailer load revisions or temporary window blockings.
  7. Assist stores, carriers, and DCs with emergency preparations and resolutions (reefer requests, temperature scripts, trailer issues, recalls, power outages).
Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 or older.
