Job summary

Walmart Canada in Mississauga, ON is hiring a Deli Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the deli area and assisting with stocking and sale of goods.

As part of the team, you will zone the department, rotate stock, ensure accurate signage and pricing, and follow cold chain standards. The role begins at a starting hourly rate of $18.05 and is based at 800 Matheson Blvd W, Mississauga.

• Takes orders for Deli Department merchandise; slicing and preparing merchandise, such as meat, cheese, fried chicken; and providing requested assistance.
• Provides assistance to the front end Associates with price checks.
• Prepares deli food orders using slicers, stackers, rotisserie oven and deep fryer; fills salads and side dishes for display and special orders.
• Keeps the area neat, clean, and organized; free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.

• Keeps the area neat, clean, and organized; free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.05.
