This role is ideal for individuals looking for an engaging position in customer service or retail.## What you'll do...**WHAT YOU'LL DO** **Maintain Department Organization and Standards** Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times. **Stock Rotation and Product Quality** Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards. **Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy** Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling. **Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation** Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures. **Merchandising and Feature Maintenance** Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution. **Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance** Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines. **Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)** • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
