• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy by ensuring merchandise is signed and priced correctly and following procedures for ordering, signings, and labeling.
• Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation by adhering to cold chain and food safety standards including temperature checks and proper food handling.
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance by keeping department features up-to-date and aligned with promotions.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance by maintaining a neat, clean, hazard-free work area and following company policies and health/safety guidelines.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) by being open to evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling. **Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation** Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures. **Merchandising and Feature Maintenance** Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution. **Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance** Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines. **Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)** • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
