Position Summary...

Coordinate Front End operations to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and driving customer loyalty. Ensure compliance with Company programs while maintaining operational standards.

What you'll do...

1. Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, register down-times, emergency codes, and theft prevention.
2. Handle customer and associate concerns, providing guidance as needed.
3. Monitor front end associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist with registers.
4. Train associates on systems and procedures, such as scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, discounts, EAS system, and safety protocols.
5. Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, correct errors, and verify processes to meet company guidelines.
6. Ensure all EAS systems function correctly, including deactivations and handling issues.
7. Prepare registers for opening and closing, support cashiers, and perform register audits for accuracy.
8. Promote company programs and initiatives, including credit cards, protection plans, charity initiatives, and discounts.

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.80, with adjustments based on relevant experience.
