Position Summary

Working as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada is a great opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry. A Customer Service Manager coordinates front-end operations to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty. This role is also responsible for maintaining compliance with company programs and operational standards. What you'll do
  1. Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, register down times, emergency codes, and theft prevention.
  2. Handle customer and associate concerns, providing guidance as needed.
  3. Monitor front-end associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist with outlying registers.
  4. Train associates on systems and company procedures, such as scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, EAS system, and safety protocols.
  5. Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assist with error correction, and verify processes to meet company guidelines.
  6. Ensure all EAS systems are functioning properly, including cashier deactivation and greeter issue resolution, and complete relevant logs.
  7. Prepare registers for opening and closing, support cashiers with change, maintain cash levels, and perform register audits for accuracy.
  8. Promote and oversee company-sponsored programs and initiatives, such as credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.

Must be 16 years or older.
