Position Summary... Working as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. A Customer Service Manager coordinates front end operations to provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and customer loyalty. This role is also accountable for maintaining compliance with company programs and operational standards. What you'll do...
  1. Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, register down times, emergency codes, and theft prevention.
  2. Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as required.
  3. Monitor all front end associates, ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks, and assisting with outlying registers.
  4. Train associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, discounts, EAS system, and safety protocols.
  5. Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assist with error correction, and verify processes to meet company guidelines.
  6. Ensure all EAS systems are functioning correctly, including cashier deactivations, greeter issue handling, and logging failures.
  7. Prepare registers for opening and closing daily, support cashiers with change, maintain cash levels, and conduct register audits for accuracy.
  8. Promote and oversee company-sponsored programs and initiatives, such as credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.35. The rate will be determined based on relevant experience.
