Position Summary: Working as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. What you'll do:
  1. Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, register shutdowns, emergency codes, and theft prevention.
  2. Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as needed.
  3. Monitor front end associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist with outlying registers.
  4. Train associates on systems and company procedures, such as scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, EAS system, and safety.
  5. Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assist with error correction, provide approvals, and verify processes to meet company guidelines.
  6. Ensure all EAS systems function correctly, including cashier deactivation, greeter issues, and completing "Failure to Deactivate" logs.
  7. Prepare registers for opening and closing daily, support cashiers with change, maintain front end cash levels, and conduct register accuracy audits.
  8. Promote and oversee all company-sponsored programs and initiatives, such as credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.
