What You'll Do

• Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, e.g., safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, emergency codes, theft prevention.
• Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as required.
• Monitor all front end associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist with registers.
• Provide training to associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, discounts, EAS system, and safety.
• Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assist with error correction, provide approvals, and verify processes to meet company guidelines.
• Ensure all EAS systems are functioning properly, including cashier deactivation and greeter issue handling, and complete relevant logs.
• Prepare registers for opening and closing, support cashiers with change, maintain cash levels, and conduct register audits.
• Promote and oversee company-sponsored programs and initiatives, such as credit card services, protection plans, charity initiatives, and discounts.

Minimum Qualifications

Age - 16 or older.
