Job summary

Walmart Canada in Saskatoon is seeking a Customer Service Desk Associate to deliver friendly, professional service and support smooth store operations. You will be the front-line contact helping customers with refunds, exchanges, and questions while upholding Walmart's values.

• Claims and merchandise handling: Sends damaged merchandise to Claims for processing and checks returned items against refund slips before placing them back on the sales floor.
• Scanning and accuracy: Ensures all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor to support pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Flexibility: Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
