Walmart Canada is seeking a Cosmetics Associate to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers with product selection, maintain clean displays, and ensure accurate signing and pricing on the sales floor.

You’ll work with the Cosmetics team to provide product knowledge, protect assets, and support loss prevention. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay of 16.50 CAD per hour.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, staying organized, and making a positive impact in a dynamic retail setting.What you'll do...WHAT YOU'LL DODeliver an Excellent Customer ExperienceGreets customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists with product selection, promotes products and services, helps customers locate merchandise, supports purchase decisions, and resolves concerns or refers them to management when appropriate.Sales Floor Presentation and MerchandisingMaintains strong sales floor standards by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or expired items, setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring accurate signing and pricing.Stocking, Modular, and Inventory ExecutionReceives and stocks merchandise, completes picks and downstocking as required, applies product protection when necessary, and sets and completes modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.Claims, Returns, and Asset Protection SupportEnsures proper handling of claims and returns, secures merchandise, identifies high-shrink items, and supports loss prevention efforts in accordance with Company policies and procedures.Customer Service and Team SupportRefers appropriate service and transactional requests to the Customer Service Manager as needed and supports Front End and store operations when required.Cosmetics Expertise and Customer AwarenessProvides customers with awareness that a dedicated Cosmetics Associate is available to offer guidance, product knowledge, and support within the department.Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
