What You'll Do...

• Greet customers politely and friendly.
• Promote products/services, locate merchandise, and assist in purchase decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking, rotating merchandise, and setting up displays.
• Handle claims and returns properly, secure merchandise, and maintain safety standards.
• Receive and stock merchandise, operate equipment, and complete required documentation.
• Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Stock merchandise, perform downstocks, apply product protection, and set up modulars and shelf caps.
