Position Summary: To process transactions and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty. This associate must be over the age of 18 and have completed the required training to handle alcohol products.

What you'll do:

Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Process all purchase transactions efficiently, including deactivation of merchandise respecting the EAS Program.
Promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
Follow safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and maintaining a clean work area.
Ensure register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to company policies, and awareness of surroundings.
Refer service and transactional issues to a Customer Service Manager as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Age – 18 or older.
