Position Summary: Working as a Cashier at Walmart Canada provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry. A Cashier delivers exceptional customer service during checkout to foster customer loyalty. They also act as a total loss champion, safeguarding company assets with keen attention to detail. What You'll Do:

1. Greet all customers politely and friendly.
2. Process all purchase transactions efficiently, including merchandise deactivation respecting the EAS Program.
3. Promote company programs such as credit cards, product protection, and charity initiatives.
4. Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
5. Follow safe work practices, including proper lifting and maintaining a clean work area.
6. Maintain register security through diligent cash handling, policy adherence, and situational awareness.
7. Refer complex service and transactional issues to a Customer Service Manager as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age 16 or older
