Job summary

Walmart Canada in Halifax, NS is seeking a Cashier to deliver courteous customer service at the checkout and protect company assets with careful cash handling.

You will greet customers, process transactions, promote sponsored programs, and assist with bagging and loading merchandise, while maintaining a safe, clean work area and adhering to policies.

• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
