3. Promote company sponsor programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
4. Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
5. Follow safe work practices, including proper lifting and maintaining a clean work area.
6. Maintain register security and cash handling integrity, adhering to company policies and being aware of surroundings.
7. Refer complex service and transactional issues to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
