3. Promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
4. Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise.
5. Follow safe work practices, including proper lifting and maintaining a clean work area.
6. Maintain register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to policies, and situational awareness.
7. Refer service and transactional issues to a Customer Service Manager as needed.

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.00, with the actual rate determined based on relevant experience.
